Our turnkey approach assures the completion of the complete process from idea and design to commissioning, in which we fully integrate the disciplines of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and control engineering (industrial automation).
In such issues, we assist you as our client in achieving standardisation of the production process, after which this process can be automated. Already in the early stages of this automation process, we use pre-engineering and 3D simulations for removing bottlenecks from the production process, thereby assuring a good result. Our broad experience and creative spirit lead to durable and modern solutions.

As early on as the request process we inventory your problem on the basis of these four pillars, enabling us to subsequently come up with a good solution for a complete system. The combination of the right people in the right place, in both your business and ours, ensures that we get the best out of each link in the chain. When designing a new system or piece of equipment, the four pillars are applied as follows:
People
Robots, but also transport and handling systems are in place to make work more efficient, ergonomic and safe. People therefore play an important role when it comes to the design. Consider in this regard guidelines in terms of ergonomics and safety.
Organization
During the design phase, the team comprises both your people from the production, logistics and technical service departments and our own engineering department. All aspects of the system or equipment to be designed will need to be discussed, and it will only be a success if there is sufficient support within each department.
Technology
Our engineers and machine builders are capable of making extraordinary combinations of all the available techniques. By combining our knowledge and your product and production expertise, we jointly realize a unique customized installation. In addition, this installation can be equipped with its stand-alone operating system, or with an operating system that can be (partially) integrated into your current operating system.

Economy
It goes without saying that we also look at the economic aspects of a design. Designing a system that will enable you to achieve greater efficiency than is currently the case will ensure a return on your investment.
Subsequently, in consultation with you and subject to your approval, we will set to work on producing the machinery or equipment in our own workshop and assembling at the relevant site.
Training, delivery and aftercare
Prior to finalizing a project, we see to it that your staff are trained and capable of operating the new system or equipment. It goes without saying that our equipment always comes with a user manual in line with the CE guidelines. We believe that training should be provided in addition to clear instructions for use so as to enable your staff to familiarize themselves with your system. If you so choose, aftercare and maintenance can be provided by our Service department.
