Als alternatief voor traditionele fossiele materialen om nieuwe, hoogwaardige, circulaire polymeren te produceren. SABIC is samen met Plastic Energy (een koploper op het gebied van chemische recycling van plastics) een 50-50 joint venture gestart, genaamd SABIC Plastic Energy Advanced Recycling B.V.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.profcore.nl\/\">ProfCore\u00a0<\/a>is de exclusieve partner voor het samenstellen van een kwalitatief hoogwaardig team, dat in de gloednieuwe fabriek op Chemelot in Geleen aan de slag gaat. HAAN Industrial Group levert maintenance technicians voor deze nieuwe fabriek.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3cde8f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3cde8f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row rowrelativenews\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"text-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"text-content nolinenews losartikelmargin\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row rowrelativenews\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"text-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"text-content nolinenews losartikelmargin\"><p>Een jaar geleden werd op Chemelot begonnen met de bouw van een state of the art plasticrecyclinginstallatie, waar via een gepatenteerd proces afvalplastic dat niet mechanisch te recyclen is wordt verwerkt tot TACOIL\u2122. Deze olie wordt vervolgens weer ingezet in het productieproces bij SABIC, waar dit circulair wordt verwerkt tot polymeren.<\/p><h2><strong>Circulaire economie voor plastics<\/strong><\/h2><p><br \/>Plant manager John Duys: \u201cHet verwerken van de plastics tot circulaire grondstoffen vergroot de beschikbaarheid van duurzame producten en is een belangrijke stap op weg naar een circulaire economie voor plastics. Met een productiecapaciteit van 20.000 ton plastic afval per jaar, is de fabriek in Geleen \u00e9\u00e9n van de eersten die op grote schaal gecertificeerde circulaire polymeren vanuit plastic afval gaat produceren.\u201d<\/p><h2><strong>Opnieuw intensieve samenwerking ProfCore en HAAN<\/strong><\/h2><p><br \/>Marnix Wijers, operationeel directeur van ProfCore: \u201cProfCore verzorgt de werving en selectie van het team ervaren procesoperators dat in de nieuwe fabriek op Chemelot aan de slag gaat. Samen met zusterbedrijf\u00a0<strong>HAAN Industrial Group<\/strong>\u00a0wordt tevens invulling gegeven aan de benodigde maintenance technicians. We zijn er trots op dat we de exclusieve recruiment- en kennispartner voor dit unieke project zijn. Met 550 eigen medewerkers binnen ProfCore hebben we de nodige kennis van en ervaring met productieprocessen in de petrochemische industrie in huis. De operators en maintenance technicians voor dit project zijn stuk voor stuk gecertificeerd en hebben de nodige ervaring in de procesindustrie of petrochemie.
