Turn-key Projects

By means of a turnkey approach, HAAN Projects unburdens clients from A to Z. One party for all your (technical) projects. Starting from the first idea or initial sketch, we take care of the complete design, engineering, construction, assembly, commissioning and maintenance.

For each project we take the problematic situation that has arisen within your production environment or current plant as our point of departure. Together with you we will analyze the problematic situation and chart everything clearly. On the basis of this we will ask critical questions. During this analysis phase we will be keen to come to the table with staff from various departments of your organization. Consider in this regard employees from production, the technical service, logistics and, of course, someone with specific knowledge of your product (finished or otherwise). Armed with all these details, our project manager and engineers will set to work for you, seeking a solution.



We will flesh out this solution, transforming it into a 3D design in the CAD program Inventor©. Our design will provide a realistic representation of the proposed solution we have in mind. We will also (where applicable) present an animation containing simulations of the set Takt times / lead time, etc. This design will be presented to you on-site. If the solution and design we are proposing appeal to you, then we will proceed to the pre-engineering phase. This entails looking at the components and dimensions to be selected. If you have a layout of your factory available in AutoCAD or another 2D program, we will convert the equipment in this.

We will demonstrate that all connections to the current set-up or equipment are in harmony. We will present our pre-engineering concept and discuss the drawings with you. It goes without saying that this too will be the result of teamwork in conjunction with our project manager, our engineering department and your departments. The pre-engineering concept will subsequently be fleshed out in more detail.

Thereafter we will commence with the engineering work and the detailed design for the workshop and assembly. Next, the entire system will be produced and put together on our premises, including controls. You will then be invited to attend the Final Assembly Test (F.A.T.). If you so choose, we will provide a training session/course for your operators and maintenance staff at our site once the equipment is being trialled.

Prior to us commencing work on the assembly, we will draw up an assembly and safety plan in consultation with you. Assembly of the equipment is followed by a Site Acceptance Test (S.A.T.), upon completion of which the equipment is deemed delivered. However, this does not mean that we consider the project to be complete. Service is paramount at HAAN Industrial Projects. And so it will be no surprise that our service team will continue to support you. We also offer you the option of entering into a service agreement. In such cases, we will be available and on standby for you 24/7.
