On behalf of a client, HAAN Industrial Revisiebedrijf Zuyd re-engineered an existing crusher. In collaboration with the client, new materials were used and various off-the-shelf components were standardised.
The Ø400×2000 crusher is fitted with hardox crusher pins. The casing is constructed of heat-resistant stainless steel with Hardox wear plates. The foundation frame is made of steel with the frame being machined after the welding process.
