We then develop the solution into a 3D design in the CAD programme Inventor©. Our design gives a realistic representation of the solution direction in which we are thinking. Graphically, we also run an animation (if applicable) simulating the set branch times/throughput times and so on. We also make this design available to you via a viewer for internal display.

How do we proceed?
If the solution and design we offer appeal to you, we will proceed to pre-engineering. This pre-engineering goes into the content of the components and dimensions to be chosen. If you have a layout of your plant in Autocad or another 2D programme, we convert the installation into this. We show that all connections match the existing situation or installation. We present our pre-engineering and discuss the drawings with you. It goes without saying that this is also done as a team with our project manager, our engineering department and your departments. The pre-engineering is then further developed.

After this, we start with the engineering and detailed design for the workshop and assembly. The entire installation is then produced and assembled at our premises including controls. You will then be invited for the Factory Acceptance Test (F.A.T.). If required, we can provide training/education for your operators and maintenance personnel at our on-site facility at the time of the test run.

Before starting assembly, we draw up an assembly and safety plan in consultation with you. After assembly, a Site Acceptance Test (S.A.T.) follows and the installation is handed over to you with this. But for us, this is not the end of the project. HAAN Industrial Projects attaches great importance to service. Our service department will continue to support you. We also offer the possibility of entering into a service contract. We can then be reached 24/7 and are on standby for you.
