Training

We find it incredibly important that everyone can develop and grow in their work. HAAN Industrial Group offers employees numerous training programmes and courses in addition to a nice workplace and great projects. For starters, but also for experienced specialists, we have challenging programmes. This allows employees to develop in the direction of their personal wishes: from all-round mechanic to specialist.

Together with our HR department, each colleague puts together a personal development plan. From here, we look at which training, education and courses are needed to achieve the goal within HAAN. Our training courses are characterised by a high practical content. No endless theory, but practical application. To this end, we work together with numerous training centres.
