On the first working day of 2018, two family-owned companies signed a transfer agreement, with HAAN Industrial Group BV becoming the property of investment company Koobra Invest BV. With the acquisition of HAAN, technical service provider in projects as well as support, Koobra Invest is broadening its offering for industrial and logistics customers.
Besides employing technical specialists in the field of maintenance, HAAN Industrial Group offers years of experience in in-house (customised) production of steel structures, piping and material handling systems from its premises in Meerssen, South Limburg.
Philippe Hardy, former director and owner of HAAN, decided to sell the company:

Mart is 30 years old and gained international management experience at various companies after completing his studies at Tilburg University. With Mart's appointment, the second generation of Braun joins the Koobra Invest Invest family business:"I look forward to working with HAAN s 100-plus employees.
