Founded in 1997, the company has grown over more than 25 years to become a renowned player with leading national and international clients. Following an expansion of the management team, L&P has quadrupled in size over the last ten years. Peter Lintsen and Ron Zigenhorn, the current owners of L&P, will continue to work at HAAN Industrial Group following the takeover and, together with Mart Braun, managing director of HAAN Industrial Group, will ensure the takeover proceeds smoothly. For HAAN Industrial Group , this marks the second acquisition in less than a year. In mid-September 2023, Revisiebedrijf Zuyd was acquired.

This will provide a boost to growth and quality for our HAAN Industrial Projects division, which is involved, amongst other things, in the engineering and manufacture of bespoke machines for industry and, just like L&P , delivers turnkey solutions.
