You will work in complex industrial environments where electrical engineering and instrumentation come together and where your knowledge has a direct impact on processes, safety and continuity.
What will you do?
As an E/I technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, checking and optimising electrical and instrumentation installations. You ensure that processes are controlled accurately and faults are solved quickly and structurally.
Your duties will include:
- Maintenance, calibration and control of measurement and control technology.
- Detecting, analysing and remedying E and I faults.
- Work on sensors, transmitters, valves and control systems.
- Electrical maintenance of machines, installations and panels.
- Collaborate on modifications, optimisations and improvement projects.
- Working within sectors such as (process) industry, chemicals, food, energy, recycling and paper industry.
- Depending on the project, you will work independently or as part of a team with one or more clients.
What will you bring?
- An MBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
- Experience as an E/I technician in an industrial or process environment.
- Knowledge of measurement and control technology and electrical maintenance.
- Experienced in failure analysis and preventing repeat problems.
- In possession of VCA or willing to obtain it.
- Driving license B and a good command of the Dutch language.
- An accurate, independent and solution-oriented working attitude.
What do we offer you?
- A salary between €3000 and €4500 appropriate to your experience.
- 25 leave days and 13 ATV days according to Collective Labour Agreement Metal & Engineering.
- Pension accrual with PMT.
- Travel allowance of 0.23 cents per kilometre.
