Concrete grinding machine overhaul and modification

HAAN Industrial Group completely overhauled a grinding machine for concrete street tiles and clinkers in a limited time.

From dismantling at the factory, complete dismantling and overhaul at HAAN 's workshop to assembly and commissioning of the overhauled machine, HAAN carried out turn-key. The basic assignment was to dismantle the entire machine, provide it with a complete new coating, replace and optimise the traverse drive, renew the controls, replace the cabling and pneumatics and align the grinding and polishing motors. In addition, on further examination, it was also decided to replace the basic structure, the grinding and polishing heads.

Not only was the machine completely overhauled, a number of modifications were also made in consultation with the customer, to improve the machine's output and potential into the future.
