Recently, a first aid association from Maastricht (in collaboration with L4A) completed a large-scale exercise with our FAFS team to increase the knowledge of our FAFS staff through practical examples.
During this exercise, several accidents were simulated and the appropriate actions of our employees were practised. The fictitious incidents were set up as realistically as possible so that the FAFS staff got a good idea of such a situation and prepared them well in the future to provide assistance where needed. All "victims" are doing extremely well and all participants found the evening very instructive and interesting.
At HAAN Industrial Group, safety is paramount and all processes and operations are designed to prevent incidents. In addition, we find it important that if such an incident should occur, we can adequately take the right actions. We thank colleague Jef Schellings for taking the initiative and organising this exercise.
